Based on various achievements and experiences in the field of factory automation,

we provide solutions suitable for productivity improvement. In particular, we design, manufacture, and supply

various factory automation required for the battery mass production process in the secondary battery field.

Power conversion technology (power electronics)

Our power conversion technology is applied to the 24H/365D mass production equipment.

It contributes to productivity improvement by reducing tact time and power consumption

through the application high-efficiency and high-performance circuits.

        • Applied technology : Switching Type (AC regeneration), Linear Type power conversion circuit and firmware

        • Applicable products : Cycler, Pre-Charger, Formation Charger,Pulse Formation Charger, IROCV, DCIR, etc.

Driving equipment control technology (PC, PLC control)

As the need for new methods in formation equipment and processes

for mass production of high-efficiency, high-quality batteries are expanding day by day,

the following technologies are developed to link cell driving parts (jigs) that are suitable

for various battery types with automated logistics lines.

Our technology has been fully developed and verified, and it is applied to and operated

in actual battery mass production lines.

  • Cell jig control technology in Pre-charger :

        motor, cylinder, air cooling, pressurization, heating, vacuum, fire prevention control and monitoring

  • Cell jig control technology in Formation Charger :

        motor, cylinder, air cooling, fire prevention control and monitoring

  • Pressurization/heating tray control technology in Heating station :

        pressurization, heating control and monitoring

  • Various pressurization/heating tray manufacturing technology :

        prismatic cell and pouch cell (single direction tab/bi-direction tab) trays

  • Design of monitoring HMI for various control including cell jig

Pre-Charging + Degassing

As the amount of gas generated in the pre-charging process increases

due to the need for high-capacity, high-density batteries,

it is becoming increasingly important to install and operate the degassing module in the pre-charger

in order to simultaneously perform the pre-charging and degassing processes.

We provide technologies and solutions to do so.

Operating Software (GUI)

We have an operating software for all equipment in the formation process

and provide an environment in which equipment operation can be centered on operator convenience

by actively accepting various requirements of operators as well as general-purpose menus and functions.

• Bacos (Battery Control System) : Process control, data storage and cell jig control program

• Bamos (Battery Monitoring System) : A program that monitors processes and creates and manages recipes

• Bamos Data Viewer : A program that checks the process result data and converts it into an Excel file.

• Bamos Chart : A program that checks and converts process data into graphs
